I would say that this place is warm and welcoming. The workers always have a smile on their face and ask how you are. They make sure your ok while doing your teeth, they always make sure your comfy. The waiting hub is the cutest room I've ever seen! I love the decorations and furniture. Over all I rate Austin Orthodontist a 5 out of 5

We just started coming here and my son is scared about braces but is already excited about the process. The staff and Dr. Austin are kind and great with kids.
