Honestly, Austin Ortho had made getting braces pretty easy so far. Checking yourself in takes two seconds. All you have to do is find your name on the screen, whereas other places ask you to fill out a whole clipboard of information. The staff at Austin has worked with my family to get us the best benefits our insurance can offer. I’ve had a positive experience so far.

My son's teeth are straight and wonderful. When there were issues they were dealt with promptly and Dr. Austin even intervened when necessary. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Austin.
